I love what I do and so it's really important to me that you are happy with your purchases.  I am always happy to help, so if you have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Exchange Policy:
If a product is damaged when you receive it, please contact me within 3 days.  An exchange may be arranged for the same product depending on the circumstances.  Exchanges will only be accepted if you contact me first at  meltoriginals[at]gmail.com
Once you have received my response, confirming that you are eligible you can return the product to me.  Please email me for the return address:  meltoriginals[at]gmail.com
(I do not accept responsibility if the return product has been lost in transit and I recommend that you use registered post, so that your return can be tracked by you).  This may require an extra payment to your chosen carrier.

How Refunds Work:
I shall send you an email to let you know that your return has been received by me and that it has passed the inspection process.  This email will inform you whether you are eligible for a refund and whether this is a partial or full refund.
After approval a credit will be processed and the funds will be applied to the original payment method such as via Paypal whenever possible, otherwise a suitable alternative will be sought.

Missing Refunds:
Please note that there is usually a period of time before your refund is processed.  Please allow up to 14 days.  If you still haven't received your refund, you will need to contact your bank and ask them to check this for you.  After you have confirmed with your bank that your refund has not been received, please contact me, so that I can assist further.

Order Delivery:
If your order does not arrive, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact Melissa Prendergast via email:  meltoriginals[at]gmail.com to let me know the situation.  I will then take the necessary action and follow up with the delivery service as quickly as we can.

Deliveries are shipped with Australia Post and unfortunately I have no control over when your order will arrive.

I, under no circumstances accept liability for any loss of orders or damage to orders which result during and after delivery.  As I have no control over delivery times, a late delivery does not entitle you to cancel an order that has been shipped.

Return Shipping: 
To return your product, please email me for the returns address:  meltoriginals[at]gmail.com
(I do not accept responsibility if the return product has been lost in transit and I recommend that you use registered post, so that your return can be tracked by you).  The return postage costs are your responsibility.  Postage costs are non-refundable.
