Terms and Conditions


It's important to me that you are happy with your artwork, so Melt Originals offers a 7 day refund policy.  Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed, I am unable to offer you any refund or exchange.

In order for you to claim your refund the product will need to be returned in the same condition, as you received it.  You will need to ensure that it is in the original packaging.  You will also need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.  

I do not pay for postage on returns. Initial postage costs are non-refundable. Please note: to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you will need to email me first at  meltoriginals [at] gmail.com
And once you have received my response, confirming that you are eligible, you can return the product to me.  Please contact me via email for the return address:   meltoriginals [at] gmail.com 

(I do not accept responsibility if the return product has been lost in transit and I recommend that you request registered post, so that your return can be tracked by you).  Please note registered post may require an extra fee for you.

Partial Refunds:
If the product is not returned to me in the original condition or if there are missing parts you may only receive a partial refund.  
If a product is returned after the 7 day delivery date cut-off (and has met other conditions) then you may be eligible for a partial refund.
